Tammy Owen, RVT

Tammy feels very fortunate because she always knew that she wanted to work with animals in veterinary medicine. She attended Seneca College in 1988 for the AHT program, graduated in 1990, and wrote her RVT exam the same year. She joined the Champlain Animal Hospital team in 1995. Tammy's favourite thing about working at the hospital is being part of an amazing, dedicated and compassionate team that focuses on providing quality medicine and patient care to all wonderful clients. Her role includes client service, pharmacy technician, nutrition consultation, assisting other team members whenever needed for patient care, and maintaining the inventory.

Dear Clients,

With the upcoming changes to masking requirements for Ontario, we would like to share our updated protocols.

We are currently open and welcoming clients into the hospital. At this time, masks are optional, not mandatory, but we ask that you do not come in to the clinic if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or have a known exposure.

If you prefer to order food and supplies ahead of time, we are still offering curbside pickup.

Please continue to check back for updates, as the situation can change, and we will adjust our protocols accordingly.

If you wish to connect with a veterinarian via message, phone or video, visit our website and follow the "Online Consultation" link.

We are OPEN with the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to seeing you and your furry family members again!

- Your dedicated team at Champlain Animal Hospital
